Replacement Policy

1. Replacement of a product is facilitated under the following conditions:
- Customers may request a replacement within days from the date of delivery.

- In the event of malfunction within 7 days from the delivery date, a replacement can be arranged promptly.
2. Handling Damaged or Defective Items:
- Should you receive damaged or defective items, please promptly report the issue to our dedicated website support team. A thorough verification process will ensue, and a resolution will be provided within 24 hours.
- Discrepancies between the received product and its website depiction must be reported within 24 hours of receipt for immediate action by our support team.
3. Streamlined Replacement Process:
- For replacement, please ensure that the complete product package, along with all accessories, is readily available for pick-up by our designated courier service.
Instances Not Eligible for Replacement:
Replacement shall not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Discontentment with the appearance or sound quality of a defect-free product.
- Failure to report physical damage within 24 hours of delivery.
- Kindly note that while returns or refunds are not entertained, our customers are extended the opportunity to avail themselves of the replacement option within 7 days from the delivery date.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Window:
- Customers are entitled to cancel their orders within one hour of placing them.
2. Cancellation Procedure:
- To cancel an order, customers must promptly contact our customer support team via the website or provided contact information.
- Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed for shipping.

- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation.
Please Note:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed for shipping.

Out Of Stock Policy
Our commitment is to maintain an inventory that ensures all products listed on our site are readily available for dispatch to our valued customers. However, in the rare event that a product becomes unavailable for any reason, the following policy applies:

- Dispatch Locations: Purchases are dispatched from either our own warehouses, third-party stores, or offices located across various points in India.
- Delivery Timeline: We aim to deliver products to you within 7-10 business days from the receipt of your order and payment, depending on the delivery address.
- Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are typically scheduled between 10:30 am to 7:00 pm from Monday to Saturday.
2. Delivery Method
- Delivery Personnel: Orders will be delivered by our in-house staff, third-party courier, logistics companies, or Postal Services.
- Receipt Confirmation: Goods will require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
3. Address Accuracy and Responsibility
- Customer Responsibility: We rely on the accuracy of the address provided by the customer at the time of order placement. Any incorrect addresses provided are the responsibility of the customer.
- Liability: As transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided during the ordering process.
4. Damage or Shortages
- Packaging Care: We take utmost care in packaging products to prevent damage during transit.
- Reporting Issues: If any products are received damaged or if there are shortages, customers must report these to our customer service team on the day of delivery via the contact us page on our website.
- Proof of Delivery: Any shortages must be highlighted and signed on the Proof of Delivery copy, which should be returned to the delivery person.
5. Undelivered Orders
- Refund Policy: If an order is undelivered or returned to its origin for any reason, customers are entitled to receive a full refund. This condition applies to products without any custom engraving.
6. Tracker Discrepancies
- Order Status: If your order status reflects as "Delivered" on the tracker but has not been received, please bring this to our attention within 24 hours. Failure to do so may impact our ability to process your request.

If Item Damage Policy
1. Reporting Damaged Products
- If you receive a damaged product, please email us at dittofortune@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt, including a photo of the damaged product and your Order ID. We can offer you a replacement, repair, or refund.
2. Replacement
- If you opt for a replacement, we will arrange for the product to be picked up and replaced at no additional cost to you.
3. Refund
- If you prefer a refund for a defective or damaged product, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
4. Repair
- If the product is repairable, we are happy to assist you at no additional cost for the repairs. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the product to us and for its return after the repairs are completed.
5. Handling and Usage
- Our products are designed to be sturdy and crafted with care. However, they may break or suffer damage if handled roughly. If the product is damaged after use (two weeks or more after purchase), we will not be able to accept a return or offer a refund.
6. Return Policy
- Please note that we reserve the right to reject return requests from customers with frequent returns (more than 3 returns in a financial year). Additionally, some pin codes are not feasible for reverse pickup, in which case we will ask you to ship the product back to us. We do not offer reverse pickups outside India.
